A pair of Lucas Le Mans headlamps were offered on Ebay , check them out at:

(Item # 1814192862) They don't seem to be cheap. To satisfy my curiosity can
somebody please explain to me what they were (i.e. how they differ to
'standard' Lucas headlamps of the era).
I didn't bid on them and NFI etc etc
