Tr3a fuel delivery

Hi all,

Trying to crank fuel to the carbs as part of the startup sequence and there
is fuel in the fuel bowl on the pump but after significant cranking the fuel
pots on the carbs do not contain fuel?!?!? 

I primed the pump using the lever so that appears to work. 

Any ideas what to look for?
