Here is another item from my seemingly endless list of questions. (Thanks
everyone very very much for all the help.)
One of my rack boots is torn and held in place with a hose clamp. While
waiting for the machine shop work on my engine I want to replace it. There
is a tech tip on the Moss web site which explains this can be done without
separating the tie rod ends from the wheel suspension. I don't quite get it
though. Can anybody refer me to a better description? My Bentley manual is
on loan, but I recall it saying the tie rod end must be separated.
