Chris,
This is in fact a fraude letter originating from a West African Crime
Organization.I have received an E-mail like that last year, and I
think some other listers have mentioned an likely mail.
You can find information about the Advance Fraud shemes
on the websited of NCIS in U.K. and USSS Operation 4-1-9
The deal they offer will start by asking you to sign a contract
and release funds to cover their so called costs. If you accept
they will go on for some month and continue asking funds to pay
for registration costs, attorney fees and to bribe officials to conclude
the deal. As soon as you have paid enough you will not hear of
them anymore. Do not answer any letter and in no way send them
any fax showing an official letterhead,as they will use them to
continue their fraud missions.
Regards
Jean
