As I recall, on the driver side connection (return) I used a spare bypass
hose Moss part no. 834-270 or maybe 635-090 heater pipe to firewall hose
(both uner $5) to make the bend and then a piece of copper tubing with
clamps to connect it to a longer piece of standard heater hose to get to the
firewall connector. On the passenger side, the standard heater hose seemed
to make the connection without crimping.
