In So. Cal., I've seen at least one if not two TR3A's with full width wind screens but where the stancions have been cut off half way up and the frame has no top to it. The glass is about 5" high clear across. And who ever needs wipers in so. Cal. anyway. What's the name of that song, "It never ever rains in....".
