No.  The rear turn signals take single-filament bulbs, have only a hot
wire and a ground.  I'm actually not even certain they originally had a
ground wire, mine appeared to be only grounded through the mounting
screws.  But adding a ground lead is definitely a good idea.

Sounds like you are looking at front turn/park lamps, which of course
can be used in the rear, but aren't correct.  They're identical, except
for the number of filaments/wires.
