All of my cars have had the switch, which would extinguish all 6 dash
light bulbs (two for the gauge cluster, plus 2 each for the speedo and
tach). This agrees with all the early wiring diagrams. The only
difference I see is the color of the wire to the speedo/tach lights. I
was not able to check the color of the wire to the gauge cluster lights.
