STOLEN on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 22, 2001 between 10:30am and 1200 noon from
Carpinteria, CA (just south of Santa Barbara):
1987 911 Turbo club racer #46 (#bs were red w/ black trim), white with red
and green surfing rooster on hood with many small yellow feathers painted on
both sides of vehicle. GT fiberglass tail, white. Momo suede steering wheel,
Recaro GT3 black leather seats (2), full roll cage, Kinesis K5 17x8 and 17x10
anodized black, Simpson red 5-point belts (2) sets, I/O Port video camera
mount, 1987 3.3 L Turbo engine with a C2 Turbo Intercooler and KOKELN turbo.
VIN: WPOJBO935HS051344. CA (vanity plates) Lic. # BOOOSTT. However, the
plates were not on the vehicle. The vehicle was registered with license tags
that expired 10/2001.
TPD (brand) enclosed one-car trailer, drop tail type, 24-foot dual axle with
A/C unit on top and a vertical ladder mounted to the front. The trailer was
white with a blue pinstripe about waist-high on both sides. Trailer had an
Atwood (brand) electric trailer jack on hitch area. The "Pit Pal" shelving
inside the trailer was power-coated red. There was a generator and a
fold-down type tire rack. VIN: 1T9C2502611090010, trailer was registered but
the plates were not on it when it was stolen. The 911 Turbo was in the
trailer when stolen.
