Hello List,
I had promised to update several kind list members who have offered such
good advice on the repair and replacement of the floor pans and sills in my
TR4A. Rather than take the chance of missing someone and also sharing
information with new list members considering a similar repair I have
updated my web page to show my progress so far. We are just about to the
point of installing supports to keep the tub square during replacement. The
update shows the current state of my sills and surrounding sheet metal. Next
week (hopefully tomorrow night) we will have the supports complete enough on
the passenger side to post more pictures.
I also added a page to "stump the experts". We found a tube with a plastic
bottle installed in it welded to the transmission mount on the drivers side.
See if you can figure it out!
