I have just about finished replacing the cracked dash pads on my '64 TR4.
That was a fairly big job that required complete dash removal - well worth it,
though.

Next step will be to re-install the windshield frame. I have a new rubber
weatherstrip that seals the frame to the body. Will that be sufficient to
keep the water out, or should I throw a bead of sealer under the
weatherstripping?

If a sealer is needed, does anyone have a recommendation for a good modern
adhesive? I have always been a fan of 3M yellow adhesive #8001, but I'm sure
there are some new products that are better.

TIA
