depending on how the title reads. and yes you need the title. don't transfer
the title to her name it will mean more paperwork.If your late uncle had
only his name on it and no will it had to go through probate.It will have to
be released by the lawer for his estate. Make sure you do all the paperwork
right the first time or you will spend months getting it right. when i title
my cars i put myself OR mywife this way should something happen either one
of us can sell the car
