Mine came with my interior, which ran about 1500 including shipping, and had
everything for the interior, including all the stuff required for the seats,
except for a can of spray adhesive.
Installation took about 2 hours for my Herald. The seat kits by themselves
are cheaper, and can be bought complete...
Depends on where you buy I guess.
