When you have a buyer that you advertised you wanted, and you have the car
he is looking for, it's the buyer's terms that complete the sale, certainly
not the sellers, wait until you get calls at 11/12 at night, then start to
complain about what is or should be proper, not because he talked to your
little brother or sister, Kai said he was untrusting of strangers, well what
about the buyer, he has no idea whether the ad is for real, a setup for a
robbery, or if this person/place really do exist, he has feelings also and
money in his pockets, lastly I know I would certainly tell my family members
I was selling the car and be on the lookout for any phone calls or strangers
showing up, if you advertise to sell a car then you should be prepared as
Michaels seller was, off to a game and let the wife handle it, all came out
well and everyone is happy, he planned ahead and continued on his regular
schedule (the seller) Again 1st come, 1st served. "FT"
