Maybe they got their pints and quarts confused like one of our listers did
recently ;)
It is a nice solution. I have a jagged hole in the bulkhead where the PO hack
sawed his way from the passenger (LHD) footwell to release the bonnet after a
cable broke. Not elegant but a good excuse to make a hinged door so it's not
ugly any more.
