IMO the most likely explanation is that your Allison has died. Pop the
dizzy cap off, verify that the shaft turns when you crank the engine,
and that the pickup is still where it belongs. Inspect the wiring,
especially from the coil to the electronics and inside the dizzy,
looking for any place the insulation might've rubbed through. After
that, I'd try a conversion back to points (to be sure there are no other
problems), and then replacing the electronics module.
