IMO this is not a good idea. If only one bolt is undersized, the other
bolt will take all the braking force (until it breaks). If both bolts
are undersized, the caliper will be able to work back and forth. Brakes
are not the place for sloppy fits.
If you cannot find the right bolts for your calipers, either look for
bolts from another car (that Toyota with the 4-pots ?) or have a machine
shop build sleeves to fit your calipers. Should be easy enough to grind
a drill bushing down to size.
