TR4: squeaky door adjustment

The passenger door squeaks/rattles quite a bit on the road. The rubber/fuzzy
strip is broken, missing from midway up the door to the top. Would replacing
that be the likeliest cure? Is there any way to adjust the door latch to remove
play?
