The body panels are the same but the mounting holes in the 75-76 bumpers
were moved (down) in order to raise the bumper height (again) to meet US
standards. The 75-76 rear bumper center section was also reinforced with a
back plate. Water tends to collect inside this boxed in center section so
these tend to rust out faster than the earlier "open" bumpers.
