Re Painting inside a frame

My thought is to pour in your paint of choice (taping holes first) into
each section, move the frame around, and pour out any excess. Repeat for
each section. Then paint the outside. ps On outside of frame, if using
POR-15, paint on an overcoat when it becomes tacky.
