You may be thinking of "Nisonger" (http://www.nisonger.com). I've never
done business with them personally.
I cleaned up my TR6 gauges myself and put some Rain-X anti-fog on the
inside of the glass. Now I can tell when I'm running out of gas in the
rain. ;{)
