Hello,
I think the 280Z had rear disc brakes. If you find drum brakes though, try
to salvage the drums. The finned brake drums can be fitted to many big
Triumphs like the TR4A.
If the car has a limited slip rear diff, you should remove and save it, along
with the halfshafts, driveshaft, and any mounting hardware/brackets. With
some work, that diff can be fitted to the TR6, or an IRS TR4A. Maybe more
valuable to someone with a Z-car. For sure, you won't have trouble getting
decent $$$ for a limited slip diff.
