Yes... they do exist and I have one installed on my car. I got it
on Ebay 18 months ago. It was shipped on cars imported into hot
climates like out southeast and southwest.
It's a great original cure for the hideous 4-blade stock fan
which is almost impossible to balance because of the asymmetrical
"X" position of the blades. And the 4-blade fan must weight 8-9
pounds.
The 6-blade fan is lighter and has a smaller diameter and is
easily balanced using the TR balance parts and bicycle wheel
balancer or similar tool.
My engine winds up smoothly to 5000 RPM now without I any hint of
the roughness and vibration that started above 3800 RPM with the
4-blade fan.
