Bubble thing with a hatch on front, possibly a three wheeler. No doubt about
it- Had to be a BMW Isetta.

BMW Isetta- Remind any status seeking Beemer driver when they get
snooty.("You drive a BMW? An Isetta? You know- those cheesy little
beemers.That what cha got ?)
