Funny....
Mines more like a Gremlin, and he's all over my car. Changes colors at
least twice but is now metallic purple, chews on wires, files bearings,
throws gunk in the carbs. A factory option I could have done without and
should have not paid extra for, sorta like rust sealant.

Subject: TR4: supernatural factory options
I had one of those odd TR experiences again....
The guy who pulled into the just-vacated space behind me as I was
getting into the TR4 after my gelato run shouted "excuse me, what year
is that?" Turns out his buddy just bought -- in the last two weeks -- the
black/red (like mine) TR250 that was FS in Colorado Springs. The ad
for which I'd clipped yesterday, and planned to call on when I got back to
the office this afternoon. It goes without saying that the fellow I met is
also
a strong lead at a company I've been working to add as an account.
One technical question: there's a magical gnome in the glovebox of my
TR4; he says he's original, though I'm not sure, shouldn't he be body
colored?
