Dixie : That's pretty harsh, considering that all Moss has said is that it's not their place to sue because someone is violating someone else's copyright (if indeed that's even the case). As I've tried to explain, it's up to the copyright holder to defend it, not a third party like Moss. At least under US copyright law, perhaps it's different in the UK.
