Roy,

When I restored my 58 back in '79 that is the first part I removed. I could 
never
get it to stop leaking. I think it had cork seals. Once they dried up and 
shrunk,
it was all over. I think Moss still lists them. I wonder if the repros are 
better
than the original equipment?
