Hey:
So TRF sends me a new oil gauge line, but w/o the leather sealing washer for
the gauge end. I call them back -- they don't have the washers in stock, so
the item would have to be backordered.
Not caring to have my TR6 down for six weeks because of a stupid leather
washer, I'm wondering if anyone has either made one themselves, or sealed this
fitting with something else?
(I have capped off the line feed from the block, so the car is driveable, but
I always like to know if the engine is happy ...)
