Washer bottle

Hi list,

Has any one ever had any experience at restoring plastic?
I have an original washer bottle that has yellowed and Has a small hole at the
base.  Is there any way to remove or reduce the yellowing? I believe the
plastic was a white/translucent in color. I tried to bleach it but no luck.
Any suggestions
