Patrick,
Moss has a harness tape code 162-030 which is blue. Way back in 1979 I did mine
in electrical tape and wish I had the non-sticky stuff back then. Now my black
taped version is quite hard, very in-flexable. I would recommend the Moss stuff
it it is indeed the non sticky stuff.
