Brad, Valve seat regression only applies to the exhaust valves. Stainless valves are available from TRShop London for 9 bucks each. I believe they are now on the net but I have failed to find their web address. If you want their snail mail I can supply it. My unleaded conversion cost 4 valves @ 24 pounds plus four valve seats fitted at 70 pounds ie 94 pounds. This equates to about 150 dollars.
