Hi
have a club member, who purchased a Spitfire 1500 new back in 78. Now, during a
first restauration he found out that the cars has been resprayed at some time
... as he is sure it was not him ... that leaves only the time before he got
the car delivered. So the question.
Does onyone have information if that was common back in 78 that the car was
resprayed even at the factory or by the dealer.
Thanks for any help
