Gary,
I have a 67 TR4A with a curved tach glass. I assume this
tachometer is not original since the speedo is straight glass,
my previous (23 years ago) 67 TR4A had straight tach glass,
and the current tach has two lamps sockets but the
TR4A has only one lamp for the tach. I'll be glad to swap.
Your timing is excellent, as my 12 year-old daughter
and I just pulled the tach and entire dashboard out last week.
