What with dragons and yay number of 'beverage establishments' in and
around Coventry called "The Phoenix" (other mythical creatures
that allegedly arise from hot ashes?) this may go some way to
explaining why so many people are so anxious to insulate their
transmission tunnels with heat retardent wotsit stuff.
