This request is not specifically LBC related but might interest some.
My son is a 7 year old cub scout and we are about to build our first Pinewood
Derby car. Since a Pinewood Derby car is more easily made as an open-wheel car,
I'm looking for suggestions and web sites with pictures as to what model of car
we could copy. It would require simple lines that could be done on a band saw
and then shaped with a rasp and sandpaper. I'll bondo any mistakes, I'm getting
pretty good at that ;).
Any suggestions from my Triumph friends would be greatly appreciated. Sadly,
I've had to rule out a Triumph since they are not open wheeled cars. A TR3
Pinewood derby would have been great.
