That's exactly what it is, a TR3B with the wrong engine.

Also, I'm wondering what happened to the hardtop,  I think the handbrake handle 
is missing, and wasn't the glove box door always covered in the same material 
as the rest of the dash ?

A nice looking car, but not worth what the buyer is asking, IMO.
