TR3A Paint Job

I've been looking at a car in Pennsylvania (near the NY border.)  It's 
mechanically in great shape, although it will need a little cosmetic 
work.  I've already priced out pretty much everything it needs, although I 
need to get an estimate for a new paint job.  I don't know if I can just 
take it to any body shop to get it painted black (I naively assume black 
paint is black paint wherever you are.)  Maybe some of you can offer me 
some help.
