Ken,
Clearly, you are not running the same load range tires that the manufacturer 
recommends.  If you are ar hauling heavy loads, i'd get
the proper tires and inflate them to the recommended pressure.

If you do not haul heavy loads, stick with the tires you have and inflate them 
as the tire manufacturer recommends.
