Go to any Ford or Lincoln-Mercury dealer. Part # XF3Z-9341-AA. $11.85. Manufactured by First Inertia, the same company that makes the $59.95 inertia cutoff switch offered by Moss in their catalog. Unfortunately, the Ford switch can't be manually thrown. So it won't work as a poor mans security system. I wonder how these switches behave in an autocross. I can set it off by striking it, but I wonder how G-forces affect it. Keith |
