I purchased a "stud remover" from a local tool truck driver. It looks like
a regular socket, but has some "roller bearing" type holders spring loaded
inside. I used it to remove my intake and exhaust studs and even wheel studs
with no effort or breakage. They are not cheap, about 35 bucks each... Alot
cheaper than replacing heads though.
