I left Lake City around 10am, arrived in Tallahassee 100 miles away at 5:30pm. A couple of potty breaks, lunch, dropped off car parts and took in a vintage motocross in Gainesville, about a hundred miles out of the way but well worth it. Neat old Pentons, CZ's Husqvarnas and my favorite Bultacos. Average speed 12.5 mph. Sometimes the journey is better than the trip. |
