TR3 F/Susp shims ?

I've heard (via the list) about the need for Shims on "A" arms... as I'm
about to do my Front Susp this week does the TR3 use shims to align the
upper and lower "A" (Wishbone) arms ?

Do I need to, and if so how do I align what I need to align ? (Yes I read a
manual but it does not mention it).

I also heard the need to ream out the new bushings where the trunnions go in
to.. is this so ?
