You can try Quiller Triumph in Plumstead

There's also a Triumph Stag garage in West Norwood that I used once and they
seemed OK. I can't remember the name but they were listed in the Yellow
Pages under classic car restoration.

There's Chiswick Car Craft that deal with Triumphs (but that's a bit further
away - on the other side of the river).
