Hi,
The problem you describe is related to the amount of end-float or bearing
pre-load on the front wheel bearings. As you corner hard, the disk rotor
pushes up against the pad and makes the piston move back into the bore.
This is a common problem on big TR's.
Make sure your front wheel bearings are okay and then tighten to spec. If
you still have the problem, you might have to go a "skosh" tighter, but be
forewarned that many miles on bearings too tight leads to premature bearing
failure - guaranteed.
The rule is to tighten the nut with the wheel spinning until the wheel
stops. Then back off two flats.
If you have new seals, you may need to repeat this procedure a few times
'till the seal "seats".
That's my experience.
