To all,

Just to let you know that the on-line printable registration form should
now work again.  Somehow, the form was corrupted by GO network, our
provider.  http://homepages.go.com/~cftr/vtrse2000.html

PS:  The downloadable form and cursor no longer work.  Go network seems
to have done something to stop our downloads.  If anyone has an idea how
to get these to work, let me know please!!!!  (Some other than moving
them to an FTP site...)
