Another possibility to consider would be the clutch from a Daimler SP250.
This was recommended in Triumph TR Maintenance Modification and Tuning by
J. L. S. MacKay and described as being able to cope with 140 hp. He says it
bolts straight on; I don't know whether he means that literally, or if he's
just referring to using the friction disc.
Don't know where you might find one but did correspond with an Oz lister
some time back who had done this with success, and found (at least) the
disc as an off-the-shelf part. John Pike, you still around?
