I had the SP-20's on the driver I sold in February and had no qualms of
installing them on the current project. I lost the rear only once and that
was on drizzling wet pavement (probably more oil than water). I can't say
that I am particularly a "hard" driver but one just can't resist putting a
TR through the paces - especially on winding roads.
The SP-20 is available through Allied and Tire Kingdom (discount tire
stores) here in Florida for about $40 plus the usual add-ons.

FWIW, I have Vredestein "Sprints" on my TR3A. 165R15. No idea where they
came from, how old they are or who sells them now (if anyone). I don't
normally drive the car hard, but on a number of occasions, I've managed,
rather easily, to spin the rears when cornering - especially on the couple
of times I've been in a hurry to get home when I got caught in the rain!
Same on dry pavement, just a little harder to make 'em do it.
Anyone have an opinion of the Dunlop SP-20?
