It sounds like you mounted one of the wheel boxes on the wrong side of
the cable. The cable inside the shaft gets pushed out and then pulled
back. If one wiper is moving correctly, then the cable is moving
correctly.
I'm not sure what you mean by the wiper box, is that the entire wiper
motor assembly? Just the head that goes on the motor?
Regardless, the wheelbox is the part that mounts on the cable and the
wiper arm attaches to. The one moving incorrectly is probably mounted to
the wrong side of the cable.
