The draft seal goes on the lip of the body, inside rear corner of the
A-post, while the sealing rubber mounts inside the jamb, where the
scuttle curves up over the doors.
Another way to look at it is the draft seal seals the vertical portion,
the sealing rubber seals the curved portion at the top.
