Cibie also made some like that (ISTR they were called Z-beam Bobi), but I believe both are discontinued. Not all Hellas have the enclosure (the Hellas on my motorhome don't). The big deal about the enclosure was that it made the lights "DOT approved", but since the US DOT no longer approves headlights, it's something of a moot point today.
